•ENGINEERING OF THE TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND MICROSYSTEMS FOR CONVENTIONAL AND NON-CONVENTIONAL WORKING OUT:

•intelligent systems and Microsystems for processing, monitoring, transferring and management
•systems and equipments for checking the conformity by dynamic tests in real time

•research in the area of micro and nanostructures
•specialized technologies in processing and using new materials with directed properties
•specialized methods and equipments for characterization and processing

TRIBO-TECHNOLOGIC SYSTEM ANALYSIS:

•study and analysis of the tribo-systems specific to chipping and micro-chipping with hard and extra hard composite materials
•characterization of micro and nanostructures for covering with materials that are high resistant to wear
•methods and procedures for testing in dynamic regime, and without lubrication

USAGE AREA:
The advanced system for checking the dynamic behavior of the extra-hard materials is destined for checking the most important characteristic of synthetic diamonds and that is the compression resistance for classifying the crystal son groups of usage according with the worked out material.

USAGE AREA: the equipment comprises conception elements specific to the field on MECATRONIC meant to adapt itself to the usage of a high degree of productivity of the LASER SOLDERING TECHNOLOGY applied for fabricating the rotational tools with an active part made of extra-hard materials.
