SIMECA 2007 Symposium

 

The National Institute of Research-Development for Fine Mechanics will organize between 20 and 30 November the International Mecatronics Symposium SIMECA 2007, entitled „Competitivity Increase throughout Scientific Research and Technological Innovation”.

 

The event will take place under the patronage of the Education and Research Ministry and by the Economy and Finances Ministry.

 

The topics covered by the symposium are:

 

  • Mecatronics - scientific integrated field designed for industrial growth;
  • Innovative technologies compatible with the Romanian industry;
  • Romanian product competitivity and complementarity in the EU;
  • Intelligent Measurement Technique - new methods and principles applied in IMM-s;
  • Nanometry and nanotechnologies;
  • Mecatronics and micro-mecatronics technological transfer – High Tech Mecatronic Products;
  • Large productivity industrial services and high added-value;

 

Another organizes are: UPB CCDM, The Romanian Electro-technical Committee, AGIR, INOE 2000 IHP, IPA CIFATT.

 

The participation fee is 20 € (for works’ and posters’ authors), 15 €/m2 for the exhibition and 5 € for participants.

 

The presentation languages will be Romanian, as well as English (for foreign speakers).

INCDMF Management Promotes Innovation
   2007 december 11

Starting with December 2007, INCDMF Management will offer a special bonus to employees. Researchers in the National Institute of Research-Development for Fine Mechanics will be awarded 300 lei for every commission proposition and 700 lei for a brevet.

 

This measure aims at impelling the research work in the institute due to the fact that the integration into the European Union has brought about not just a great deal of opportunities, but also very high quality standards.

INCDMF - THE MOST APPRECIATED PRESENCE AT THE RESEARCH TRADE CENTER

 

During 2-6 October, INCDMF took part in the famous Bucharest International Technical Fair ('TIB'), where it was part of The Research Trade Center, together with other 967 Romanian and worldwide institutions and firms.

 

The INCDMF stand, located in the 12th Pavilion, attracted a large number of visitors, especially because they had the chance to find out all the technical and commercial information needed on the products exhibited there directly from the experts that had designed them.

 

For its success, INCDMF was awarded the title "THE MOST APPRECIATED PRESENCE AT «THE RESEARCH TRADE CENTER» by ANCS (The National Authority for Scientific Research)".

INCDMF GATHERS PRIZES AT THE RESEARCH TRADE CENTER

 

The prizes gained on occasion of various scientific events show the value of an institution or of a firm. This is true for INCDMF too.

 

On occasion of 'INVENTIKA', part of the 'The Research Trade Center 2007', INCDMF was awarded two Gold Medals, a Silver Medal and a special prize by Iran.

 

The applying prefitted electric wire and cable protection spires electric machine designed by Eng. Cristian Radu Badea was awarded the Gold Medal (and the Iran Special Prize), together with The transitory pressure transducers technical parameter control equipment and technique, designed by Ph.D. Eng. Diana Mura Badea, PH.D. Eng.Dumitru Vlad, and Matematician Mircea Olaru.

 

Also, the Optoelectronic contact thermometer designed by Eng. Constantin Pascu, Ph. D., Eng., Diana Mura Badea and Physicist Mircea Cristea won the Silver Medal.
